Since personalised products are made to order, returns/exchanges are only accepted for non-personalised, defective or incorrect items. Refunds are provided in voucher code.

All returns/exchange requests have to be made within 7 days after receiving the package.

Customers are to bear the cost of the shipping costs for return/exchange packages.
