Good news

Every YOUR. product bought through official YOUR. channels (ahem – our website, Shopee Official Store, Lazada Official Store, TikTok Official Store) comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty

Bad news

If you bought your YOUR. products from some random seller online or a pop-up shop in the middle of nowhere, we can’t promise you warranty magic.

All warranty claims must go through the place you bought it from.

For in-store purchases

Customers are required to provide proof of purchase, along with the defective product in original packaging.

For online replacements

Customers may reach out via email at support@your.com.sg with photos or videos of the defect.

1-Year Warranty period starts the day your YOUR. product lands at your doorstep.

For defective products/parts, we are able to provide a replacement depending on the defect within 7 days from the date you have received your parcel. All defects will have to be clearly illustrated according to our requirements to ensure we are able to identify and replace them accordingly.

Our 7-Day Instant Fix Window

Within 7 days of receiving your parcel, we’ll swap out your product if you spot any of these on arrival:

  • Major cracks, scratches or dents (Bottle, Cap, Lid, Straw)
  • Caps that won’t seal properly
  • Weird, unremovable stains or scuffs
  • Missing bits (like silicone rubber or straw)
  • Printing or logo mishaps
What’s Covered for a Whole Year

We DO Cover:

  • Funky plastic/metal taste
  • Warping, misalignments, or structural oddities
  • Handles, straps, seals or clasps that give up on life
  • Leaks or seals that don’t do their job
  • Rust inside the product
  • Bottles that rattle like a maraca
  • Loss of insulation magic (cold drinks causing sweat puddles, hot drinks making the bottle too hot to hold)

We DON’T Cover:

  • Everyday wear & tear (dents, scratches)
  • Aging of materials (like stained silicone)
  • Strong smells from coffee, curry, or other bold beverages
  • Minor differences in color/finish from online pics (screens, people!)
  • Improper use (throwing it, leaving it with pets, accidental wrestling match)
  • Contact with corrosive chemicals
  • Not following our aftercare instructions (yup, there are rules)
  • Fires, accidents, or acts of chaos beyond our control
AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please note the following instructions to ensure the proper care of your YOUR. products.

DO NOT: 

  • Don’t soak it in hot water
  • Don’t freeze it
  • Don’t cook it on the stove
  • Don’t microwave it
  • Don’t toss it in the dishwasher
  • Don’t bleach it (seriously, no bleach)
HOW TO FILE FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM?

You may submit your warranty claims through our Contact Us form or our email at support@your.com.sg.

Warranty claim must include a clear picture or video to illustrate the defect. If no pictures nor videos can be provided, Montigo reserves the right to reject the warranty claim for failure to provide visual evidence if we believe that the warranty claim is deemed to be fraudulent or made in bad faith.

Replacements will be covered until the end of the warranty period or 30 days upon receiving your warranty parts, whichever comes later. YOUR. reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. If your exact product is discontinued, we’ll do our best to find a replacement or alternative — but we can’t promise a perfect match.

We may or may not ask for the defective parts/items back but it will be at our own cost/expense.

Should there be any request for replacement parts out of warranty (expired or not covered under our stipulated manufacturer’s warranty), the customer will be responsible for the replacement including the handling & shipping costs.

LIMITATION AND TRANSFERABILITY OF WARRANTY

YOUR. Manufacturer’s Warranty only applies to the original purchase and is not transferable. Any attempt to transfer the warranty or unregistered claims will result in termination of the warranty in its entirety.

VERIFICATION OF PURCHASE

YOUR. reserves the right to request or demand for proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, to verify the validity of the warranty claim. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in the rejection of the claim.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

We do not cover damages caused by improper use of YOUR. products as our manufacturer’s warranty only applies to defects in the product itself.

This includes:

  • Injuries caused by misuse
  • False claims or fraudulent misrepresentation
